A second interim analysis of the phase 3 ALTA-1L trial shows that brigatinib demonstrates superior results in patients with advanced ALK inhibitor-naive ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) compared with crizotinib. Brigatinib Approved for ALK-Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

For patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the FDA has approved brigatinib (ALUNBRIGĀ®, Takeda).
